How To Reach Belakoba..
By Air:
The nearest airport is Bagdogra (IXB).
The distance from Bagdogra to Belakoba is around 40 km. From Bagdogra, you can hire a taxi; the journey takes about 1 hour. A taxi will charge around 1200 to 2500 rupees depending on the vehicle you choose.
You can also take a local bus.
First, take a bus from Bagdogra to the Siliguri Junction Bus Stand. From there, take a bus headed toward Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, Cooch Behar, Haldibari, or Falakata.
You will need to get off at a place called Fatapukur. Remember last Bus is around 8:30pm. Bus fare of NBSTC from Siliguri to Fatapukur is 23 rupees per person.
From Fatapukur, you can find public auto-rickshaws or Totos to reach Belakoba. Autorickshaw will charge 20 rupees per person.
By Train:
The largest railway station near Belakoba is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), where all major trains stop.
You can take a local train directly to Belakoba station.

Alternatively, you can hire a taxi from NJP to reach Belakoba directly. Taxi fare from NJP to Belakoba will around 700 to 2000 rupees depending on the vehicle.
Another option is to take an auto-rickshaw or Toto to a place called Tin-Batti, fare will be 20-30 rupees per person. From Tin-Batti, take a public bus toward Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, Cooch Behar, Haldibari, or Falakata. Again bus fare is 23 rupees per person.
Get off at Fatapukur, where you can find an auto-rickshaw or Toto to reach the beautiful village Belakoba. Fatapukur to Belakoba autorickshaw fare is 20 rupees.
How to go to Belakoba Boys High School
Belakoba High School is in the centre of village Belakoba. It doesn't matter how you reached Belakoba by Train or Bus. It will take 5-10 minutes from rail station or bus station or the Auto stand by walk or you can take a Toto (e-rickshaw). Toto will take 10 rupees per person for your destination.
If you are coming from Jalpaiguri then this school will be on the road. If you took bus just ask the bus driver, he will stop infront of the school gate.
How to go to Belakoba Girls High School
Distance between this two High school which are Belakoba Girls High school and Belakoba Boys High School is just 100 meter. So use the same direction written for Belakoba Boys High School to reach that school first then ask anyone to for go to Belakoba Girls High School.
If you came from Fatapukur by autorickshaw, then ask the driver to stop College Mor (which is also called Dilu Das Mor). From college more to Belakoba Girls High school is around 200 meter. Get off College Mor and ask anyone one for the direction. You will reach your destination within 5 minutes.
If you are coming from Jalpaiguri, take the left turn from Panitanki More of Belakoba. It is less than 150 meter from there. If you ride in bus, then ask driver for stop at Pani Tanki More.
